Two Year Old Unit

Welcome to Our Early Years Family

We are delighted to announce that Chadsmead Primary Academy is now welcoming children from the term after their second birthday to our brand new Two-Year-Old Unit. This exciting addition to our school community provides a nurturing, stimulating environment where your child can begin their educational journey.

For children who fulfil the Government elibility criteria and who are in receipt of 30 hours of free entitlement, their hours will be between 8.45am - 3.15pm Monday to Friday.

All children are eligible for the 15 hours and can make an additional payment for ach session to stay until 3.15pm each day. Any additional hours are payable via ParentPay at the end of the week. The cost is £7.94 per additional hour.

Our Approach

At Chadsmead, we believe that the early years should be valuable in themselves while preparing children for future learning. Our dedicated early years practitioners work closely with families to support a seamless transition into education.
